If an event is postponed, the booked tickets remain valid for the new date and cannot be returned.

If you are unable to attend, tickets can be resold at the Ticketcorner resale platform fanSALE. If you nevertheless return tickets for this postponed event to us, you will lose your right to enter the event. Due to the high workload, timely processing cannot be guaranteed. The organizer decides on a final cancellation and refund of the tickets. The status of the affected events is shown below. Please note that missing information will be added continuously.
